If your friend’s got a penchant for meaty and hearty meals, Nice Yakiniku & Fine Wine might just get him or her drooling. It’s hard for meat lovers to resist the charming Nice Yakiniku & Fine Wine located in Causeway Bay. As the name suggests, the restaurant features a variety of fine beef from Japan, Australia and the United States. The rare and special M9+ Australian Wagyu is worth a try, in addition to a variety of European wines to pair with.

Stepping into the restaurant, you can see the cabinet of dry-aged beef and a variety of famous wines neatly placed in a transparent wine cellar. Besides the stylish interior and high quality ingredients, the food here is incredibly good. There are two VIP rooms available for booking if you are having a large gathering.

The menu has a wide selection of beef. Among them, the M9+ Australian Wagyu is the most impressive: the quality is top-notch, with a soft colour and even oil distribution. The chef skilfully cooks it over a charcoal fire on the spot, making the outer part slightly tender and fragrant while keeping the inside soft and tender.

The Japanese A5 wagyu and the thinly-cut sirloin with onion and Japanese sauce are the perfect combination. The meat of the sirloin is tender and flavourful. You must try the Japanese A5 Wagyu with Onsen Tamago Rice! This bowl filled with pearl rice absorbing the aroma of roasted beef will leave you wanting for more. Finally, the Signature Dessert with pale yellow grapefruit gel, served with crispy pear slices is the perfect way to end the meal.

朋友之中總不乏「牛魔王」,一聽到哪裏可吃到優質牛肉,便巴不得馬上品嘗!高級燒肉店——佳牛美酒 Nice Yakiniku & Fine Wine 早前在銅鑼灣開業,一如其名,主打各種日本、澳洲和美國的上乘牛肉和多款歐洲佳釀,如果喜歡美酒配「佳牛」,絕不會失望,若想一嘗澳洲M9+和牛的滋味,實在要來這裏一試!

甫踏入餐廳,便可看到乾式熟成牛肉的專櫃,多款名酒整整齊齊放在透明的酒櫃中,琳琅滿目。雖然餐廳地方不算大,但從餐盤到裝潢,處處顯出格調,當中更設有兩間貴賓室,最適合朋友聚會。

菜單上的牛肉種類選擇豐富,當中以純正全血澳洲和牛M9+西冷牛扒最為令人印象深刻,貴爲澳洲和牛中的矜貴品種,質素當然有保證。厚切M9+西冷牛扒色澤粉嫩,油脂分佈均匀,廚師熟練地把牛扒用炭爐大火即場燒製,令牛扒表皮微微焦香,內裡保持軟嫩,光看樣子便令人食欲大增。牛扒端上來後,迫不及待夾了一小塊品嘗,牛味香濃之餘,油脂在舌尖徘徊不散,果然是極品,難怪這麽多人對它趨之若鶩。

另外,不得不試日本A5和牛牛板腱及牛肩胛肉,薄切的牛板腱配上洋葱、青葱及日式醬汁,香軟兼備,油香豐盈。而牛肩胛的肉質則較爲厚實,肌理分明,吃起來有嚼勁。日本A5和牛配溫泉蛋飯亦是誠意之作,飽滿的珍珠米吸收了烤牛肉的香氣和日本溫泉蛋汁,每一口都很滿足。甜品是自家製柚子啫喱,淡黃色的柚子啫喱配上爽脆梨片,加上鮮花和枸杞子點綴,不僅賣相精緻,更能消滯解膩,為一頓晚餐完美作結。
