Antoine Audran

With a career spanning for more than 30 years, Chef Antoine Audran brings the best of French delights to Hong Kong. He has worked in the French embassy in London, and under renowned master chefs Andrew Guillot and Jean Delaveyene. Chef Audran imparts serendipitous flavours of his globetrotting exploits back home – be sure to check him out for a global melange of what’s popping.

Max Levy

Max is special. His rich and balanced menu encourages diners to rethink conventional wisdom on food through a deeply artisanal focus. What’s more, his restaurant Okra is set to become an esteemed drinking and dining destination on its own right. Showcasing both a fixed menu and a seasonal menu, Okra Hong Kong is the perfect place to encourage diners to recalibrate their know-how and savoir faire in food.

Things to Do

Not only are the restaurants fantastic, but there will be a veritable cornucopia of associated culinary delights on offer at Taste. Here are a few things to keep any eye out for at the event! Pro tip: check out The Gourmet Market and The Foodie Market.
