One of the dishes we love is the Toro Sashimi Wasabi Salsa Unagi & Yamaimo Shiso Roll. The salty, musky, eel goes perfectly with the shiso, whose minty and refreshing flavour balance out the rich unagi. Another delicious treat is the Sakura Ebi Kakiage Ponzu Dashi. The flavourful fritters are filled with sakura shrimp and seasonal vegetables, complemented by the tangy undertones of the ponzu dashi.
Dessert is a decadent and luxurious affair. Aptly called “Mount Flow”, your sweet treat comes in a form of a soft and light milk lava cake with fragrant Shizuoka melon sorbet. Its flavour profile is feather-light, floral, and delicate – just like how you’d feel if you were having a picnic in the gentle breeze at the foot of Mount Fuji.
At NOBU, you’ll never get food that isn’t fresh. Their menus change with the seasons, using only seasonal ingredients such as fresh sashimi, vegetables and fruits. This menu will end on August 22nd, and you definitely don’t want to miss out!

靜岡縣位處富士山下,山青水秀,物產豐富,尤以蜜瓜、櫻花蝦和山葵有名。想品嘗當地味道,不必特地到日本,近月香港洲際酒店NOBU推出以靜岡縣為靈感設計的特選午市套餐及靜岡會席料理套餐,由行政總廚 Sean Mell 及壽司總廚荒木一成主理,無論是六道菜的午餐,還是八道菜的宴會料理,都一樣精緻可口!
説到推介菜式,不得不提金槍魚腩刺身•山葵洋蔥莎莎及鰻魚山芋紫蘇卷。金槍魚腩口感豐腴,鰻魚紫蘇卷配搭新鮮。唐揚櫻花蝦餅配果醋木魚湯汁,滿滿的櫻花蝦加上時令蔬菜,口感豐富,蘸上特別的果醋木魚湯,香脆不膩。
甜品名叫「峰巒.映翠」,光看菜式名字便仿佛一股清風拂過,沁人心脾。雪白的牛乳軟心蛋糕配上淡綠色的靜岡蜜瓜雪葩,如雪中嫩芽,賣相精緻得像藝術品一樣,幾乎捨不得吃掉。雪葩以新鮮靜岡蜜瓜製作,香氣濃郁,吃起來啖啖清新。
