Chope’s Top 10 favourite entries for #ChopeBites!

Chope is turning 7, and we’re creating our #ChopeBites food collage which will appear in town come mid-June! There have been a tonne of amazing submissions through Instagram, and we wanted to thank you – our community of foodies who’ve made it all possible!

The Mare 'D Monti ($28++) is a seafood linguine cooked to perfection. I LOVE the sauce, a simple tomato and basil oregano mixture that pulls just a tinge of that flavour from the seafood in the pan to give an aftertaste of the sea. Chef Luca's memories of his mama certainly serve him well here, as he dishes out wholesome hearty meals based off the recipes she created at home in Bergamo.
