Bring the little ones out for a day trip at Botanic Gardens before refuelling at this self-service kids cafe, Food For Thought’s newest concept. This kids cafe runs a series of free and paid programmes for children with the aim of empowering and equipping them with important life skills.

7. Atmosphere Bistro
Enjoy the calming sea breeze at Atmosphere Bistro, an open-concept restaurant located just by the sea. They have indoor and outdoor seating options, but if the weather’s great, then grab one of the outside tables so that the kids can run around the spacious grass plots located outside the diner, while you sit back and unwind with views of the picturesque East Coast beach.
