In part two of our GSS series, we bring you 6 more places located in two more shopping hot spots in Singapore where you can kick your feet up and relax, while your significant other’s cashing it out at the shops!
With over 300 stores, a land space of 140,000 square metres, and equipped with a vibrant array of retail, entertainment, and dining options, there’s no doubt Vivocity is one of the hottest shopping destinations in Singapore.
Drink like a king at The Queen & Mangosteen, the perfect pit stop to rest your tired feet after traversing through the largest shopping mall in Singapore. Here, you’ll find British pub grub such as lamb racks with rosemary potatoes, fish & chips, and flaky pies. They’re currently having a new happy hour promotion – from 3pm to 6pm, you can get 50% off Prosecco, house wines and house cocktails, perfect for when bae’s getting her monthly pedicure session in.
2. Vivocity Sky Park
Head out to the mall’s rooftop water feature for some sun during the day, and enjoy the evening breeze and gorgeous night lights there, after the sun sets. With the size of four Olympic-sized swimming pools, the Vivocity Skypark is a great place to let your hair down and relax without burning a hole in your wallet.
Find it at VivoCity Mall Level 3, 1 HarbourFront Walk, Singapore 098585
3. Patbingsoo Korean Dining House
Cool down and recharge yourself with an ice-cold bowl of shaved ice at this Korean Bingsu house. To add on to all the good GSS deals this month, Patbingsoo Korean Dining House will be offering S$10 off + S$10 return vouchers from 2 May to 31 July. Additionally, hit them up from 3pm to 5pm on a weekday afternoon, and you’ll get a whopping half-price off bingsoo and small bites!

The past couple of years has seen massive development in the West. What used to be a quiet, cosy area of Singapore for residents has since transformed into a bustling hub with five shopping malls in the same vicinity.
Jcube, JEM, Westgate, IMM, and Big Box – shopaholics can shop till you drop in Jurong!
4. Duke Bakery @ IMM
IMM is Singapore’s largest outlet mall, with big brands such as Adidas and Coach selling their products at huge discounts. This GSS season, the sales get even bigger, and this means more shopping!
And, if you’re just waiting around for your S/O to finish shopping, then pop by Duke Bakery on the first floor, located near Giant Supermarket. Carb-lovers will relish their artisan bread that’s stuffed with generous amounts of fillings. To refuel, grab a loaf, get them to slice it for you, and enjoy a cuppa coffee while you munch and watch the world go by!
